Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

 

1. Brand Philosophy & Sustainability

Lobster Beachwear is a swimwear brand from The Netherlands rooted in sustainability, minimal waste, and timeless style. All our bikinis are:

  • Made from premium recycled fabric sourced from ocean plastic (e.g., ghost fishing nets, PET bottles)

  • Handcrafted in ethical workshops in Bali

  • Released in limited quantities via curated "drops" to avoid overproduction

  • Packaged in recyclable or reusable materials

By purchasing from us, you support sustainable fashion, ethical labor, and a low-waste business model.

 

 

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or

  • You have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

 

3. Products & Availability

a. Limited Drops
 Our swimwear is released in curated, small-batch drops. Items may sell out quickly. While many designs are limited-edition, select styles may return.

b. Product Descriptions
 We strive to describe all products accurately, but color and detail may vary due to device settings or handmade nature.

c. Handmade Variation
 Each bikini is handmade, which means slight variations in stitching or print placement may occur. These are not considered defects.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on the Site are listed in euros (€) are based on delivery ex works (incoterms 2010 EXW) our business address as stipulated in article 20 and include VAT (Value-Added Tax) for EU customers. Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional charges, such as e.g. local import duties, customs, handling fees and taxes.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices without notice

  • Cancel or limit orders at our discretion

  • Refuse orders suspected of being placed by bots or resellers

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and iDEAL. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or trusted third-party gateways.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide (excluding USA and Canada) from The Netherlands using trusted shipping partners.

a. Processing Time
 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders).

b. Shipping Costs
 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Promotions such as free shipping may apply with a minimum order value.

c. International Orders
 You are responsible for any customs, VAT, and/or import duties levied by your country. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delays caused by customs or courier services.

d. Track & Trace
 Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

e. Lost or Delayed Packages
 We are not liable for lost shipments. Contact your carrier first; if unresolved, contact us at support@lobsterbeachwear.com.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to register a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Product tags and hygiene sticker intact

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or misdelivered.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the return.

7. Collaborations & Influencer Policy

We occasionally collaborate with influencers. By tagging, emailing, or DMing us content featuring our products, you grant us permission to share that content on our channels unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

 

8. Accuracy of Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address entries.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content including product photos, logos, text, graphics, and designs is the intellectual property of Lobster Beachwear. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
