At Lobster Beachwear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The bikini must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  
  

• All items must be returned in their original packaging
  
  

• The product tags and hygiene protection sticker must be intact and unremoved
  
  

• Items showing signs of wear, stains, scent, or damage will not be accepted
  
  

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
